The SPEDE WIP Operations Traceability function ensures that serialized containers of WIP parts (purchased, produced and components) proceed through each required WIP operation, and in the correct sequence.
Use Barcode scanning and/or vision sensors at the start of each process for:
- Real-time error-proofing of WIP issuing and routing
- Real-time visibility of all Parts, Quantities and current Operation it's in now
- Automatic creation of detailed WIP Traceability records for quick access if QC issue or recall happens
WIP Tracking and Inventory Functions:
- Issue a Hold by Part, Vendor Lot or Serial Number
- Scrap by Part, Vendor Lot or Serial Number
- Move Transactions by scanning WIP Serial and To Location
